Replacement Oil Dippers  ACI EnviroLine® Replacement oil dippers provide a robust replacement and upgraded alternative for old-style splash lubricated compressors and engines. While oil dippers are often overlooked, they are a critical component. Many of the original dippers were made from low-strength brass or bronze castings. These types were susceptible to breaking off and falling into the crankcase over time. Furthermore, OEM replacement parts are no longer available for certain engines and compressors. ACI supplies replacement oil dippers that are machined from hi-quality ASTM A216 Grade WBC steel castings. Standard pipe connections are 1/4-inch M-NPT. ACI's oil dipper is carefully designed to scoop oil into the dipper during each crank- shaft revolution. Thus, oil can be pumped by inertia forces into the internal oil galleries of the connecting rod and bearing. Standard 1/4-inch steel dippers are always in stock for your convenience. Custom designs are available for specialized applications.
